Villa Florence is located in the exclusive suburb of El Madronal just a 10 minute drive from the vibrant harbour of Puerto Banus. This is a fabulous choice for anyone looking to explore the Costa del Sol with its many attractions and coastal towns.
This luxury villa sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms in the main villa and another bedroom in the duplex apartment which has a separate entrance, living room, dining area and private terrace. All the bedrooms are large and luxurious, beautifully furnished and have en suite bathrooms finished in Italian marble. The main living areas are incredibly spacious; steps lead down to the lounge with comfortable sofas offering a relaxing environment and the modern luxury kitchen with polished stone worktops is a chef's delight.
The villa displays an extremely high standard of luxury with facilities that include a fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi, games room with pool and table tennis, a cinema room and even a bar with a dancefloor large enough for 60 people to enjoy the music!
Please note: the twin bedrooms can be made up as triples and the apartment has a sofa bed therefore it is possible for the villa to accommodate an additional 4 guests if required.
