Terms & Conditions:

  • The hire charge is payable in full at the time of the booking.  Payment must be made via bank transfer or credit card.  Pollen-Brooks Ltd shall issue a detailed confirmation of the booking upon receipt of payment.  The client is responsible for checking the detail within the confirmation and notifying Pollen-Brooks Ltd of any errors present.
  • Should the client wish to cancel the booking, cancellations charges shall apply as follows;
    • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled transfer – 100% refund.
    • Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the date of the scheduled transfer – 75% refund.
    • Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 2 days prior to the date of the scheduled transfer – 50% refund.
    • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer – strictly non-refundable.

    Subject to the above, the hire charge is strictly non-refundable except in circumstances where Pollen-Brooks Ltd cancels the bookings due to reasons beyond its control, or at its discretion, agrees to cancel the hire.

  • Whilst every care is taken, the client’s personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and Pollen-Brooks Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.  It is strongly advised that clients ensure they purchase adequate travel insurance.
  • The chauffeur shall obey all French & Swiss traffic laws and shall only accept responsibility for injury to persons being transported if proven guilty of negligence in any form and or proven guilty of contravening the French or Swiss Highway Codes; a copy of which can be provided upon request.
  • Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of the vehicle by the client may be charged accordingly.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle at any time.
  • Pollen-Brooks Ltd reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a safety hazard to the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle.  Pollen-Brooks Ltd delegates this authority to refuse passengers to its chauffeurs.
  • Pollen-Brooks Ltd accepts no responsibility for flights missed due to circumstances beyond its control such as traffic congestion, accidents or vehicle breakdowns.  A reasonable amount of time is apportioned for such journeys.
  • Pollen-Brooks Ltd will provide the client with the name and mobile phone number of their chauffeur prior to the date of travel.  In the unlikely event that the client experiences difficulty in locating their chauffeur, they can contact the chauffeur via the mobile phone.   If the client does not make reasonable effort to locate the chauffeur and chooses alternative transport, the booking will be charged in full.
  • If the client is not at the pick-up point at the time agreed and has neglected to contact the chauffeur via his/her mobile phone, Pollen-Brooks Ltd reserves the right to charge the client for the additional time which is charged at 25 Euros per hour.  This additional ‘waiting fee’ comes into effect when the agreed meeting time has been exceeded by 30 minutes.
  • Child seats can be made available upon request and providing reasonable notice has been given.  However, the client must take responsibility for fitting the child seat and securing the child within it.  Chauffeurs cannot offer advice as to how to fit the seat as they are not trained in the installation and use of individual seats.
