In order to find your ideal property, we will be acting on your behalf only.  We will not be working in the interests of developers or estate agents.  Therefore this service is chargeable to you and our fees will cover the initial exploratory meeting, the assessment of your exact requirements, our search of the local market and the consultative personal viewings. 

Buying Luxury Properties

We will guide you through the purchase process assisting you with all the necessary administrative requirements such as arranging notaries, seeking appropriate tax advice, sourcing finance, choosing insurance and adhering to all legal processes associated with the purchase.  The fees for this service will be covered by the vendor and will form part of their estate agent’s commission.

Build and renovation

Our support and guidance through a build or renovation project will be priced individually and will understandably vary due to diverse requirements and time spent.
