The Property Indulgence service provides our clients with professional independent support and guidance through every aspect of buying their ideal property in the regions where we have extensive experience.
Step 1 - 
We arrange to meet with you for an initial exploratory meeting, enabling us to listen and understand your exact requirements and scope of investment. It will be an informative meeting where we can discuss optimum locations for your consideration and answer any concerns that you may have, offering you further confidence in the decisions you make. We will be happy to meet you in the UK, saving you time and money or alternatively in the region you are seeking to invest.
Step 2 - 
We find properties or developments that meet the criteria and guidelines as specified by you. Our knowledge of the local market and access to the property network will save you time and energy in sourcing prospective properties. We will discuss suitable choices with you and filter any that may not appeal.
Step 3 - 
Having identified properties or developments of great interest, we will arrange for you to visit and view them. We will accompany you at the viewings, offering honest unprejudiced advice and guidance. If we have not been fortunate to find your ideal property or development on this occasion, we can continue the search and if desired, re-evaluate your needs and preferences. You have the freedom to broaden your choice and extend our remit.
Step 4 - 
Once we have found your chosen property or development, we will introduce you to local professionals offering services within the build or buying process such as notaires, insurance brokers, legal firms and financial services; all of whom have been tried and tested or carefully vetted.
From here, we can negotiate on your behalf to secure the best deal, if you wish us to.
We will support and represent you locally in the utmost confidence and with total discretion.
Step 5 - 
Upon completion, if you wish to utilise your property to generate a rental income, we can help identify the best avenue to achieve the most favourable returns by approaching our network of agencies and tour operators including World of Indulgence. This is particularly worthwhile because you will be entrusting the care and management of your property to others.
